Cent has become the go-to place that captures the zeitgeist of the nascent but fast-growing crypto-art movement. Given that Roll has a strong presence in the crypto-art community, and some of the top crypto-artists like ConnieDigital, XCopy, Skeenee, and others are part of the Roll community, it was natural for our worlds to collide.
It was therefore a pleasure talking to Matthew and Rizzle from Cent on the Cent Podcast. Here’s the full post which they helpfully transcribed in its entirety.
One thing that stood out to me in this podcast was the quality and depth of questions. This is not surprising since both Matthew and Rizzle are deep into the crypto-art world and really understand the ins and outs of the industry.
We discussed the basics of Roll and our vision for what we’re building. Then we dove deeper into how Roll is truly building at the infrastructure layer of social money. We also talk about the tools that Roll provides that makes it orders of magnitude easier for artists to use social money compared to doing everything on their own.
Crypto-artists are incredible power users of social money. We are grateful to be a part of this community and give back in the form of social money.
