Membership Guidelines

Roll is facilitating a community of creators and users that can engage with one another and share social experiences together. To help us keep the engaging spirit of our community, we have a few rules to remember when using Roll.  All capitalized terms have the same meaning as in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Creating and Redeeming Offers:

In creating Offers, creators are reminded that Social Money cannot be offered for any investments, investment opportunities, a Securities Offering (as defined in the Securities Act of 1933), as equity or for revenue sharing.

We created Roll so that creators and users could engage with each other, so creators please be sure to honor any Offers that are redeemed by users.

All Offers must be honest and be clearly presented.

Earning Social Money:

Creators cannot ask users, nor can users perform, any acts or provide any information that is on the list of Prohibited Content.

In the event a Creator requests that users create intellectual property in exchange for Social Money, creators must clearly identify how the intellectual property shall be used by the creator.

Prohibited Content:

We want everyone using Roll to be safe so please do not engage in any conduct or share any Offers or other content on Roll or any social experience obtained through Roll, that is illegal, dangerous, discriminatory, obscene, heavily regulated, potentially dangerous or hateful.

Roll reserves the right to remove any Offer or any other content uploaded to the Service, in its sole discretion, that it deems to violate this guideline.

This includes any Offer or other uploaded content to the Service that Roll deems:

  • Harassing or harassment to Roll or any third party;
  • Bullying;
  • Spam;
  • Hate speech;
  • Pornographic;
  • To be encouraging violence, including but not limited to related to Offers related to weapons or weapon accessories;

Be Respectful:

Both creators and users must treat each other with respect in all communications, both written and verbal. Creators and users should be courteous and considerate with regard to language and avoid sharing overly personal information.

Always maintain appropriate boundaries. Roll is not responsible for any interactions between creators and users.

When uploading content to the Service, creators and users must avoid any speech that is or could be construed as slander, libel or defamatory.

If there is a dispute between a Creator and user, Roll asks that you try to resolve the dispute informally.  In the event, you cannot resolve the dispute, please contact us at support@tryroll.com so we can assist.

Intellectual Property:

We ask that you not only respect each other, but respect us.

Users want to engage with creators so impersonating or otherwise representing that you are anyone but yourself, is strictly prohibited. The unauthorized sharing of another’s trademarks or copyrighted material is also prohibited.  Users must also not impersonate or represent that you are anyone but yourself.

Creators and users must only upload original content to the Service and may not utilize any copyright protected material without the appropriate permissions.
